I’m in love with something that’s sold out in the colour/size I wanted, can you help?

I’m shopping for a gift/special occasion and need some inspiration, can you give me some advice?

I need some sizing advice, can you help?

We’ve tried to make our sizing as simple as possible, check out our size guide for more info, but if you do have any questions about the fit of a particular brand or item please contact us as we’d be happy to help.

 

My order won’t go through, what should I do?

If you have any trouble placing your order please don’t hesitate to contact us, we can either talk you through what is going wrong or give you a call to place your order over the phone.

 

I want to change/cancel my order, how can I do that?

We’re happy for you to make changes to your order up until the point that it has been handed over to our courier

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we’ll do everything we can to make the changes without delaying your order

If you’d like to cancel your order, log into the ‘my account’ section on the site and view your recent orders. Simply click the cancel button next to the relevant order and we’ll get the message that you’d like to cancel.

If the cancel button is no longer available it means your order has already been processed, but please feel free to contact us anyway as we will still try to stop the order on our end if it hasn’t been dispatched.

 

When will my order ship, how long will it take to arrive and can I track it along the way?

 

Please note that orders placed during promotions and sale periods may take a little longer to dispatch than our usual speedy turnaround due to the increased order volumes. Please allow an extra couple of days for your order to arrive, but feel free to give us a shout at any time if you would like an update.

 

Our UK Express Delivery (£5) will be with you in 1-2 working days and is free for orders over £50

Your UK express order will be delivered by our courier DPD, who will send you a text or email confirming your one hour delivery window so you won’t need to worry about waiting in all day. If you’re not going to be in, you can request that your parcel is left with a neighbor, amend to a more convenient day or arrange to collect your parcel from your local collection point.

 

Our London Same Day Delivery (£20) will be with you on the day of dispatch.

Give us a call when you’ve placed your order to organise delivery at a time which is convenient for you.

 

Our International Delivery (£20 within Europe / £24 for the rest of the world) will be with you within 14 working days and is free for orders over £150.

Our international delivery is not inclusive of any local taxes or import duties which may be charged to the recipient on arrival (unfortunately we are not able to undervalue packages to reduce these charges). Your international order will be sent by either DPD or TNT, who will send you a link as soon as it is on its way so you can keep an eye on its progress.

 

What’s your returns policy?

Want to send something back to us? No problem, returns are simple and free for all UK customers, just contact us and we’ll organise your exchange or refund.

How long will it take to process my return?

We aim to process all returns within 24 hours of receipt and any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This usually takes 5 working days, but can take up to 14 days depending on your payment method.
