We’ve tried to make our sizing as simple as possible, check out our size guide for more info, but if you do have any questions about the fit of a particular brand or item please contact us as we’d be happy to help.
My order won’t go through, what should I do?
If you have any trouble placing your order please don’t hesitate to contact us, we can either talk you through what is going wrong or give you a call to place your order over the phone.
I want to change/cancel my order, how can I do that?
We’re happy for you to make changes to your order up until the point that it has been handed over to our courier
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we’ll do everything we can to make the changes without delaying your order
If you’d like to cancel your order, log into the ‘my account’ section on the site and view your recent orders. Simply click the cancel button next to the relevant order and we’ll get the message that you’d like to cancel.
If the cancel button is no longer available it means your order has already been processed, but please feel free to contact us anyway as we will still try to stop the order on our end if it hasn’t been dispatched.
When will my order ship, how long will it take to arrive and can I track it along the way?
PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS PLACED DURING HOLIDAYS, PROMOTIONS AND THE FIRST WEEK OF OUR END OF SEASON SALES MAY TAKE A DAY OR TWO LONGER TO ARRIVE THAN OUR USUAL SPEEDY TURNAROUND, GIVE US A SHOUT AT ANY TIME IF YOU’D LIKE AN UPDATE ON YOUR ORDER
UK Free Delivery orders will be with you in 1-3 working days
Your order will be delivered by our courier DPD, who will send you a text or email confirming your one hour delivery window so you won’t need to worry about waiting in all day. If you’re not going to be in, you can request that your parcel is left with a neighbour, amend to a more convenient day or arrange to collect your parcel from your local collection point.
Click and Collect Fenwick Bond Street
Your click and collect order will be available for collection from our Fenwick Bond Street pop in 1-2 working days.
We will send you an email as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email (on your phone is fine) and some valid photo ID to The Mini Edit pop-up on the 3rd floor.
Please note that orders placed online cannot be refunded or exchanged in store, please refer to our returns policy for more information. Due to space restrictions, orders can only be held in store for one week, we’ll give you a shout if you’re running out of time, but please feel free to get in touch if you think you’ll need more time or would like us to send it on to you instead.

International Delivery (£15 within Europe / £20 for the rest of the world) your order will be with you within 14 working days and delivery is free for orders over £100 in Europe / £150 for the rest of the world
Our international delivery is not inclusive of any local taxes or import duties which may be charged to the recipient on arrival (unfortunately we are not able to undervalue packages to reduce these charges). Our courier partners will send you your tracking information as soon as your order is on its way so you can keep an eye on its progress.
What’s your returns policy?
Want to send something back to us? Returns are simple and free for all UK customers, just contact us with details of the items you’d like to return to receive a pre paid returns label via email. We’ll then organise to have it collected from you at home or work, or from a safe place of your choosing, or give you details of your nearest DPD pickup point, so you can drop it in whenever you have time.

Our international customers can also return or exchange any items for up to 28 days from the date your order arrives with you
Simply contact us with details of the items you’d like to return,then pop your parcel back to us postage and duty paid to ‘The Mini Edit Ltd, 56 St Helen’s Road, Hastings, East Sussex, TN34 2LN’. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please make sure that it is packaged safely and that you keep hold of your proof of postage for the shipment.
How long will it take to process my return?
We aim to process all returns within 24 hours of receipt and any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This usually takes 5 working days, but can take up to 14 days depending on your payment method.
