WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS PLACED DURING HOLIDAYS, PROMOTIONS AND THE FIRST WEEK OF OUR END OF SEASON SALES MAY TAKE A DAY OR TWO LONGER TO ARRIVE THAN OUR USUAL SPEEDY TURNAROUND, GIVE US A SHOUT AT ANY TIME IF YOU’D LIKE AN UPDATE ON YOUR ORDER

 

UK Free Delivery orders will be with you in 1-3 working days

Your order will be delivered by our courier DPD, who will send you a text or email confirming your one hour delivery window so you won’t need to worry about waiting in all day. If you’re not going to be in, you can request that your parcel is left with a neighbour, amend to a more convenient day or arrange to collect your parcel from your local collection point.

 

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We can ship to you wherever you are in the world and you can expect your order to arrive within a maximum of 14 workings days.

Delivery costs £15 within Europe and £20 for the rest of the world and is free for orders over £75 in Europe and orders over £100 for the rest of the world.

Our international delivery is not inclusive of any local taxes or import duties which may be charged to the recipient on arrival (unfortunately we are not able to let you know how much these might be or undervalue packages to reduce these charges). Our courier partners will send you your tracking information as soon as your order is on its way so you can keep an eye on its progress.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your order will be sent on a fully tracked and insured service. As soon as your order has left us you will receive the tracking information to keep an eye on its progress. You can also view your order status and tracking information in your account or get in touch with us at any time to ask for an update.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WHAT'S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Want to send something back to us? Returns are simple and free for all UK customers.

You can return or exchange any items from your order for up to 28 days from the date it arrives with you.

We are happy to accept returns against any unworn and unwashed items so just need you to keep any tags or hygiene strips attached and return shoes or boxed gifts in their original packaging.

We want to make sending things back to us as easy as possible, so please don’t worry about sending back our gift boxes, tote bags or tissue paper, just pop the items in something safe so they get back to us in one piece.

  1. Simply pop anything you'd like to send back into something safe and pop your packing slip in with a note next to anything you're returning (if you have time leave us a little note to let us know why it wasn't right).
  2. Next stick your pre-paid returns label on the outside of your parcel and write your order number in the relevant box.
  3. You can then drop your return into your nearest DPD pick up shop whenever you have time.

If you would like to organise an exchange, have any questions, can't find your returns label or would like us to come and collect your return, just give us a shout and we'd be more than happy to help.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

We aim to process all returns within 24 hours of receipt and any refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method used to place your order. This usually happens within 5 working days, but can take up to 14 days depending on your payment method. If you have any questions or would like an update on your return or refund, just give us a shout and we'd be more than happy to help.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Our international customers can also return or exchange any items for up to 28 days from the date your order arrives with you

Simply contact us with details of the items you'd like to return,then pop your parcel back to us postage and duty paid to ‘The Mini Edit Ltd, 56 St Helen's Road, Hastings, East Sussex, TN34 2LN’. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please make sure that it is packaged safely and that you keep hold of your proof of postage for the shipment.

If you are trying to find the perfect gift or just need some styling advice, get in touch and we’ll help you find something that’s just right.

Pop us a note at the checkout if you'd like your gift to go directly to the recipient and we'll remove any pricing and add a handwritten gift note in your parcel if you would like us to.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE YOUR ORDERS?

We're so proud of our gorgeous gift wrap! When you get to the checkout simply chose from our beautiful marble tissue wrap, a cool cotton tote or a luxe gift box and not only will your order arrive beautifully packaged, but it'll also be kind to the planet. Every single element of our gift wrap is plastic free and fully recyclable, from the tape on our outer cartons right down to the soy based inks in our tissue paper.

Don't forget, we want you to love your packaging as much as you love what's in it and then re-use it as much as you can. PLACING YOUR ORDER

MY ORDER WON'T GO THROUGH, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have any trouble placing your order please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we can either talk you through what is going wrong or give you a call to place your order over the phone.

I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER, HOW CAN I DO THAT?

We’re happy for you to make changes to your order up until the point that it has been handed over to our courier

Please get in touch as soon as possible after placing your order and we’ll do everything we can to make the changes without delaying your order

If you’d like to cancel your order, log into the ‘my account’ section on the site and view your recent orders. Simply click the cancel button next to the relevant order and we’ll get the message that you’d like to cancel.

If the cancel button is no longer available it means your order has already been processed, but please feel free to get in touch anyway, as we can still try to stop the order manually if it hasn’t been dispatched.
