Want to send something back to us? No problem. Returns are simple and free for all UK customers
You can return or exchange any items from your order for up to 28 days from the date it arrives with you
Simply contact us with details of the items you’d like to return to receive a pre paid returns label via email. We’ll then organise to have it collected from you at home or work, or from a safe place of your choosing, or give you details of your nearest DPD pickup point, so you can drop it in whenever you have time.
We want to make sending things back to us as easy as possible, so please don’t worry about sending back our gift boxes, tote bags or tissue paper, just pop the items in something safe so they get back to us in one piece. We are happy to accept returns against any unworn and unwashed items so just need you to keep any tags or hygiene strips attached and return shoes or boxed gifts in their original packaging.
We aim to process all returns within 24 hours of receipt and your refund will be with you within 14 days
Orders placed in store at our Fenwick Bond Street pop up are subject to the Fenwick terms and conditions, please refer to the back of your receipt for full details. Unfortunately orders placed online (including those collected from store) cannot be returned or exchanged in store, but you are always welcome to purchase an alternative in store and follow the instructions above to return your online purchase.

Simply contact us with details of the items you’d like to return,then pop your parcel back to us postage and duty paid to ‘The Mini Edit Ltd, 56 St Helen’s Road, Hastings, East Sussex, TN34 2LN’. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please make sure that it is packaged safely and that you keep hold of your proof of postage for the shipment.
